John is the Principal of the Company and has directed the operations and growth of the Company since becoming President in 2013. John joined the Company in 1997 and has extensive development and management experience with commercial properties in Northern California. He brings a wealth of construction, financing, and leasing experience to the team. John’s previous background is in the financial arena having worked at Franklin Templeton (municipal bond research) and Deloitte (audit practice). John holds a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from the University of California – Davis and has served in many volunteer capacities in the areas of education, sports, and community support. He is a member of BOMA, ACRE, and Lambda Alpha.
Patti is the Accounting Manager/CFO for Brennan Properties and has been with the company since 2001. Her responsibilities include budgeting, preparing quarterly and year-end financial statements, preparing CAM projections/reconciliations, coordinating with tax advisors, and overseeing all property accounting activities. Patti has direct contact with the company’s clients regarding their monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Prior to working at Brennan Properties, Patti was the accounting manager for a large non-profit entity in Sacramento.
