Our History

Brennan Properties and its predecessor company, BTV Crown Equities, have been developing and managing commercial office, industrial, and retail buildings in the Sacramento region since 1990. Our initial capital partner was a large German private investor that funded 20+ years of office development in the region. In more recent years, Brennan Properties has partnered with KTR Capital, Friedman Investment Management Corporation, and Tony’s Fine Foods to develop and re-develop office and industrial properties. In total we’ve deployed just under $300 million in capital investment on behalf of our clients over 2,100,000 square feet of building area.
